Who Am I To Teach You?

I’m Tatiana, an Executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience at Airbnb, Disney and Procter & Gamble and also the Founder of Super Mindset.

You can’t tell this by looking at my LinkedIn profile but, transparently, most of my career was filled with self-doubt, fear, insecurities and frustration.

FOR YEARS I was feeling stuck, exhausted and overwhelmed at work caught up in a never-ending rat race.

I was doing everything that "I was supposed to" and even getting the promotions I was working so hard for, but deep down I was really struggling and feeling unfulfilled.

I learned the hard way that our minds can be our best allies or our worst enemies.

No matter how hard we try, we cannot OUTPERFORM OUR MINDSET!

Simply put, our thinking patterns determine how we feel, how we show up, how we experience life and the results we get.
